We are located and perform our Loan Signings within the State of California (mainly Southern California) and our Notary, Val Winston is Certified, Bonded and Insured at 100k and she is ready to provide her services to you. She brings her notarial experience, from previously being certified in Georgia and in the District of Columbia to continuing here in California, as well as over 20+ years of holding a Real Estate License and being familiar with real estate and loan documents. She is ready to complete the Notarial Acts you need for your Loan Signings documents.
